Driver support & fault management
About driver support & fault management
Since 1993, we have collaborated with transport companies and had direct contact with their drivers. We know what complex and unforeseen situations can arise in drivers' work, and what support they may need. Here, our responsiveness, flexibility and ability to solve problems are very useful.
We act as the carrier's extended arm for the drivers and the vehicle fleet, and the drivers' daily support in their work. We can work both proactively to avoid problems, and reactively to deal with sudden situations. Each organization is unique and together we will find the best solution for you.
Of course, we can offer the service 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Feel free to contact us and we can investigate together what we can help you with!

How does it work?
The planning and execution of trips are often affected by factors that cannot be predicted or planned in advance. For example, a traveler may need more help and thus more time than expected, some addresses are difficult to find or the customer is not at the agreed pick-up location. This type of event causes shifts in the planning and our task is to handle the situation through, for example, re-planning or contacting the traveler. When things do not really go as planned, alarms are received, either via IT systems or manually from drivers and passengers, which we need to react to immediately and take action.
